Preparation for Industrial Counseling

Hello everyone..let's study Industrial Counseling together. As i mentioned before, i gonna do revision while blogging. Just wanna try this because i like blogging. So, today i'm gonna write a bit about setting up counseling in the workplace. This ir our 9th lecture that might came out in the final exam. Okay, there are three important things to remember here. 1st is the structure, 2nd is the facilities, and 3rd is the parties involve in this preparation.

Let's look forward for the 3rd one. Two important parties that invole with this are  the organization and the counseling provider. So, what does the organization gonna do huh? in setting up a counseling, the organisation have to do these thing:

1. Setting up a small, representative team from within the organization. 

2. Engaging an independent consultant - work with the team to help the member assess what they want.

3. Finding out what the organization needs.

4. Cost - review the counseling cost and investigating the costs of different forms of counseling provision.

5. Checking how commited the key people in organization to counseling.

6. Drawing up a list of potential providers to be interviewed.

ok, that are the thing that an organization should do. 2nd party is the counseling provider. So, what does the counseling provider should do? :_

1. Must have a structure that informs an organization about the services provided include the explanation of how the service work, a clear program of service offered, supervision arrangements, and methods of keeping statistic & giving feedback.

2. They should provodes a basis for negotiation.

3. Prevent midunderstanding.

4. Guidelines for assessing counseling in an organization.

5. Need to have policy statement which include the purpose, provision, restrictions, limitations, finances, and places.
